Work location and environment.
Poor technical stack. Talking about Mumbai USI, they have state projects running on frameworks written in the 2000s. This is not a match to recent technology in the market. You cannot grow in any area except functional knowledge (which isn't useful in the market, sadly).
Limited exposure to cloud tech and automation.
FI is an additional burden. You cannot grow without it (they will make you sing and dance for promotions).
Zero job security. I've seen many people losing their jobs (even in the middle of a pandemic).
Plenty of other better opportunities are available in Mumbai.
