Many learning opportunities. I learned a lot organically through my development projects, as well as explicit training courses offered. They also pay well.
The cost of the training is the mandatory time required to do so each year. It is a bit excessive and can pull you away from project work to complete a training session just to complete the required annual hours.
Reduce the required number of hours each year for education.
