Working hours are crazy with most of the projects. Upper management is under constant pressure to deliver, and that pressure carries forward to all the lower levels. Most projects average 60 working hours, and you may need to work on weekends too.
There's a lot of politics within the company, as upper management always tries to find faults and is always on the hunt to fire someone who doesn't match up with others. For example, an employee doing all their jobs on time and working only 40 hours a week is at risk compared to an employee that passes time and works 60-70 hours a week.
Grow up, guys. Try to understand that employees have lives outside the office too.
