The interview process was one of the easiest interviews I have ever attended as a Developer. It was just basic programming questions that any developer with over 3 years of experience can resolve without any question.

A 3-step interview. The first step was 3 tests: math, English, and logic. After we waited almost a month for an answer from them, we had more interviews and more waiting with no response.

Well, the interviewer mugged the questions from the internet and the respective answers. Now, guess what? He was accepting only the approaches to which he is aware and not accepting the other, tuned approaches.
