Although most of the people are great, a couple of senior managers here are the most arrogant people I have ever worked for. I was put on a performance review without any warning and despite my peer reviews being generally good and being told I was heading in the right direction.

Any time I would have a question about the work, it turned into an interrogation, and it can really have an impact on your confidence after a while.

They make everyone take ethical courses, but certain members in senior management believe they are above this.

Leaving this place was the best decision, as there are some really great companies out there with great leaders who actually have skills in leadership. This place isn't one of them.

You have some very talented people who are generally good people. If you keep treating your employees like they are replaceable, they will eventually replace you with a better employer.
