Was a student out of college, the recruiting process is very easy since I was contacted just as I was finishing my degree. In general, you're required to do some basic technical skill tests and simple interviews.

They scheduled my interview, but didn't explain it would take almost 3 hours. They started with a presentation about the company, its values, and the usual stuff. Then, we did an English test from an academy whose name I don't remember, followed by

The interviewer was a nice person, with some prepared questions. Some challenges were also presented so we could test our analytic and logic ways of working. It was an interesting interview; in any case, it wasn't a hard one.
