The interview was both introductory and technical, but the outcome (unfortunately negative) arrived after a long time. I perceived a lot of slowness and little internal organization in the overall selection process.

Very light video call with HR, and they were very kind. They asked me to talk about myself and focused on my English level, asking me to talk about a hobby.

It was a fairly informal interview. First, he/she asked me about myself and my past experiences, both in work and study. Subsequently, I had a technical interview, during which I was asked several questions of various kinds.
