3. Great office ambience if you're planning to work at the office.
4. Buddy culture is strong for the first year in the company.
5. Many side activities outside of assigned projects. You can pick or commit to some common business work (e.g., building proposals, becoming a mentor, etc.) to enhance your soft skills and build connections.

1. Not so great tech engineering culture (low code quality, sometimes not testable).

Don't be surprised if tech debts are piling up. At very least, the product is delivered and users are happy.

1. Sometimes, you get a good balance between deliverable work with quality, but mostly not. Since the work pace is really fast, you have to compromise most of it. Just don't be an idealistic person.

2. Sometimes, at Big 4, you don't expect a work-life balance, but hey, you can have it here. But not for long. If you're lucky, you get assigned to that kind of project. I did experience both.
