Reasonable hours Competitive pay Remote and flexible Interesting projects Good work-life balance, but this can vary by client. Lots of money is floating around, so there are good resources. (2020 16-inch MacBook Pro, extremely nice office in DTLA)
Often will work for a contractor, which can sometimes be a bad environment depending on the company. My contractor had multiple sexist employees and a work environment which encouraged long hours. This was alleviated by Deloitte, who placed all Deloitte contractors on the same team, which helped, but it was still a horrible client with miserable, overworked employees.
Changing clients is often a lengthy process which involves internal interviews.
Way too much company training.
Have to report on all financial assets to prevent conflict of interest.
If you have a bad client for your employees, maybe rotate them out every 6 months so it's at least not a long-term thing. I spent a year with this client, and it contributed greatly to me leaving.
Less employee training requirements.
I know the financial reporting can't be changed, so no suggestions there.
- Online Assessment: 4 short coding questions, LeetCode easy to medium. - Technical Interview: Go over coding assessment and technical experience. - Systems Design Interview: Design a solution to an open-ended problem.
It was good. The interviewer was very friendly. He asked me to introduce myself, asked about my projects and my role. He also asked some basic Python questions about lists and stacks.
It was a 1-hour interview where the interviewer asked more about OOPs and about a little DSA. It was a 1-hour interview where the interviewer asked more about OOPs and about a little DSA.
