Deloitte

Good hardware was provided. The recruitment process was good.

When I joined Deloitte, I was put on an external project (for a different company).

They never checked up during one entire year.

It was never clear who was supposed to be my bridge to Deloitte. When I asked for help, I kept getting bounced around since nobody knew who was supposed to help me until I gave up asking.

Other than the people I had contact with prior to joining, I never talked with anyone else from Deloitte for a year (especially because I was the only one from Deloitte on the project).

Make sure the managers follow up on contractors for external projects.
