They at least allow employees to work 1 day from home, but the employee cannot always decide at what day of the week.

1. The boss there (chief architect at the HRT) is a big manipulative ***hole, with no morals and takes advantage of people's career aspirations to keep them stuck at their current roles for his own benefit.
2. Salary is fairly low.
3. HR takes forever to answer messages, and then just tells me to ask someone else.
4. No options for advancement.
5. Long working hours.
6. Very high demands from clients, and compensation is very little compared to efforts.
7. They sometimes don't pay salaries on time, and when this happens, they concentrate the missed salaries into the next paycheck, which means higher income tax.

Replacing the management (including HR) will greatly improve the situation.

Also, stop manipulating and lying to employees about career advancements and benefits.
