It was okay. A basic technical question was asked in Java, and database-related questions were asked. Two-member panel. Only one member was questioned; the other person was watching.
Technical Architect
As usual, three levels of interview: HR Phone/Skype Screening On-site with team and 1:1 Very unprofessional and not necessarily compatible with American corporate culture. You would wonder where it falls in cultural fit standards.
Solution Architect
Three levels, each around an hour. The first two levels mainly involved technical screening, which was scenario-based. The final one mainly concentrated on leadership and communication. All of them were video-based, from different geographic location
