Process

The onsite interview process is extremely long. It includes:

  • Recruiter screen
  • Hiring manager screen
  • Coding screen
  • Onsite: Five 1-hour interviews in total, with lunch breaks built in between. This means you have to hang around and cannot end your day early.

This is a significant investment, not counting the hours spent preparing for the interview. I guess they pride themselves on being MAANG quality, as most engineers are from MAANG. However, I could do with fewer behavioral interviews. In total, I met 13+ people and felt extremely drained afterwards. They should conduct all onsite coding and system design interviews first. If candidates do not pass those, there's no need to proceed with behavioral interviews.
