Company values are excellent: bottoms up, high levels of ownership, tons of autonomy, and data-driven decisions.
Company is on track to be huge, with valuation increasing quickly.
It's easy to make tons of impact because the company is really small, and there's a huge number of users.
I don't have any at this time.
I talked with the Recruiter and had an initial HM call. The call went well, and next steps were outlined. The recruiter mentioned the HC was in flux and never got back.
Recruiter Call This call involved usual behavioral questions, with the exception of a "tell me about a time when you were building something and had to make tradeoffs" question that caught me off guard. Apparently, my answer to this was satisfactory
Overall, not enough context was given during the interview to be successful. Their interview process, the last time I interviewed, was terrible, as it was an unfair take-home test. This goes to show their interview process is still super unpolished.
