Culture is the worst I've seen from over a decade in this industry.
No work/life balance due to high growth expectations combined with leadership thrashing projects much more than you see at other companies.
Leadership acknowledges burnout, but that's it. Acknowledge and move on is what they provide.
Common practice to be brutally honest without regard for people's hard work. It's seen as some badge of honor, mostly across OGs in the company.
