I was ghosted after the last interview, only to be contacted several weeks later to inform me that I was still being considered.
A few more weeks later without contact, I was informed they decided to go with somebody else.

Cons: HQ not located in the city.
It's in the suburbs and can be difficult moving around without a car.

Pros: Developers take time to do things with less pressure. Well plan ahead.
Cons: The process is not efficient and leads to less software development work. Software developers waste too much time and energy doing admin work and following up on small things from external dependencies, like the infrastructure team.
