As I have 11+ years of experience in Java development, I had several rounds of interviews. All interviewers were very knowledgeable and collaboratively discussed to achieve a solution.

Rounds:

• Assessment by HR
• Four behavioral interviews by different people at individual times - mixed of technical and management, but based on previous experience
• HR

They were all behavioral interviews, so no particular questions were asked on a topic. It was all about what I worked on in the past and how it can be improved now after all these many years of experience.

So if you have really worked hard on any project for the long term (mainly Java and cloud projects), interviewers are sharp enough to dig in further and get exactly what they want and if you are suitable for their requirements. Just be honest with yourself and them, and that's it.
