Process
Had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and the manager's boss. This lasted about 31 minutes with questions that relate to my past experiences and how I can apply them to Discover. The managers brought computers to take notes. The interview was in the morning, and I had an offer on the table that afternoon. Seems like a lot of opportunity to grow from within.
