Recruiter call followed by 4 rounds of just managers, who all seemed to be stuck in old-school corporate ways. I'm not sure why there needs to be 4 rounds of the same interviews to determine if an applicant is good.
Flawed interview process, and at no point during the interview process did I feel there were any skill-based questions. Java trivia at the end (most likely Googled it herself 10 minutes before), a manager who didn't know what a test scenario and test case/use case actually is. It seems like there's also no actual culture of good sprints, as they seemed ignorant of grooming, planning, and sizing. No wonder it's a circus show of 20 teams.
Anyway, any company wasting 4-5 hours of your time from the get-go is not worth giving time to. They are most likely doing it to meet a quota of interviews before they go ahead and choose whoever they actually wanted on the team from a similar background/ethnicity.
