It was a panel interview, consisting of 5 sessions with 5 different people.

3 of them were group managers and 2 of them were team leads.

First interview was technical. After this one, I met with 3 different group managers from IT. The last interview was a whiteboard interview.

It's sad I haven't been chosen, but I still cannot say anything bad about the process. I enjoyed the experience from the beginning till the end.

Only thing I can say is: I asked for the rejection reason but couldn't get any feedback for that.

The technical interview was the easiest. I went through concepts of programming.

With the managers, it was behavioral questions like:

• Give a goal you have not reached yet and tell me about your action plans.
• Tell me about a time you chose a colleague—why you chose that person and what the outcome was.
• Tell me about a problem you couldn't solve and the actions you took.
• There is an SQL script that is running slow. What actions can you take to check the cause?
• Tell me about your framework.
• Tell me about the last bug you couldn't catch.
• You are not coming from the same background as the person you are working with. How would you communicate?

The whiteboard session was about preparing the functional tests for a payment solution. There were four different microservices involved.
