It was a good experience overall, but a waste of time. I am highly disappointed at the lack of follow-up or feedback from the recruiter. I was told the feedback was really good and that they would contact me in another week's time when I inquired after about a week of the interview. It's been 1 month now. I believe it is safe to assume that I've lost the opportunity.
Believe me, no candidate would feel disappointed if you provide feedback. It hurts when there is no communication at all after you put all the time and effort to attend the interview. Why do you make people attend interviews if you are not genuinely in need? At least have the ethics to politely tell a candidate about the outcome.
There were 2 technical rounds. One was over the phone, and then the next was an on-site round. The on-site interview covered behavioral, your experience, technical knowledge, and scenario-based questions. There were 3 rounds of 45 minutes each at the on-site. The panel was knowledgeable and courteous. I believe I did well in the interview.
