Pros: Culture here is very relaxed compared to other companies. They place a lot of emphasis on your development and learning as much as possible when you start.

Cons: Depending on what team you land on, you can get stuck doing QA/DevOps all the time, which is pretty boring. Essentially, you just write and run tests all the time, which isn't really satisfying like writing actual code. If you want to do dev work, you have to find the right team spot.

Pros: Great work-life balance, great people, great opportunities.

Cons: Merger with Cap1. No one knows what's next.

Pros: I really enjoy the location, along with the smaller groups of people I work with. Benefits are good, with a really strong PTO allowance each year. If you report to a good manager, then it's really a great place to work.

Cons: Overall leadership is poor. Feedback seems to go nowhere, and good people end up leaving, which puts even more pressure on the people left behind. The RTO policy is horrible, and the base pay seems to be lower than average. Choices being made are horrible from the start and take years to redo, which creates insane amounts of tech debt and legacy solutions you will need to fix at some point. Communication between departments is also very hit or miss.
