Pros: Good company culture, benefits, best insurance, training, good teams.

Cons: Poor immigration policies, work hectic.

Pros: The pay has been decent and solid benefits. I have worked well with the people I have met here and grew as a developer.

Cons: They recently made a mandatory decision to force Chicago and Houston employees within a large area back into the office 3 days per week. This decision was encouraged by the CIO, who hypocritically informed the company he would no longer be able to work for the company in the future due to his own circumstances preventing him from working on-site.
