Pros: Culture here is very relaxed compared to other companies.
They place a lot of emphasis on your development and learning as much as possible when you start.
Cons: Depending on what team you land on, you can get stuck doing QA/DevOps all the time, which is pretty boring. Essentially, you just write and run tests all the time, which isn't really satisfying like writing actual code. If you want to do dev work, you have to find the right team spot.
