Ancient tech, paper-pushing bureaucracy. The environments are a disaster and expect 3-4 hours a day of 'discussions' and 'sync ups,' which rarely achieve anything. Discover is no different to any other faceless corp where the C-suite makes more in a year than you will in a career. I have seen so much corporate cuckold behavior that I get physically sick.
Return to office will make the staff who are capable of finding a better job, go out and look. The parasites will stay.
