A responsible company, concerned about customer satisfaction, strives to do the right thing for the customer.
Politics. Some in leadership are just out for themselves. They don't cooperate with others. They just want to make their own numbers (or look like they did).
Take the time to understand how a leader is doing from a teamwork perspective by asking their peers. Don't ignore reality because you only care about the results they are delivering. Look at how they did it.
