Good Pulse, Toxic Directors
Before Discover fully took over, Pulse was a good place to work.
There is an undercurrent of ageism in the company. They hide it really well. Some of the senior directors there are truly awful people. They want to force people into the office when people don't need to be in the office to do the work. They try to fit everything into an agile framework even if it doesn't fit that framework. They care more about documenting and process than they do about real work.
Stop concentrating on processes and start concentrating on real work and what your employees are trying to really work with.
