Cons

Management is working people 60+ hour weeks. They are working people through PTO. There is no end in sight and no appreciation or reward.

Advice to Management

Hire more people, create manageable deadlines, and stop expecting people to accomplish unreasonable amounts of work in arbitrary timelines.
