Testing Skills, Communication Lags
I have some experience with QTP/UFT for functional and regression testing of desktop applications. I’ve used it to automate test cases and create reusable test components. Although my experience is limited, I am eager to further develop my skills with this tool.
At times, there may be delays in communication between departments, leading to misalignment on project goals and timelines. This could be improved with more frequent cross-departmental meetings or updates.
