As a tech lead, there is too much expectation on you. You need to help out the team in every single problem they face. You are responsible for architecture and design, and you are responsible for communication with other teams. Collaboration effort is too much between teams.
You are the technical product owner for the team. As a tech lead, you have written features and user stories.
Every release, you are responsible to take it to production. On top of it, you have deadline conflicts between teams and poorly designed system architecture you have to fight with.
