Recently acquired by Capital One. No one knows how this will end. There's a lot of uncertainty at the moment.
Start mapping people into teams at COF. Telling them to apply for positions at COF (but nothing above where they are at the moment) and good luck is making people feel abandoned and adrift. You owe more than that to these people.

Easy. They want you to get it, but put effort in. Make sure you do a lot of review beforehand and do some coding questions. Be confident and allow yourself time to answer.
