There are always new challenges. Work doesn't get dull. I feel appreciated. There are opportunities for movement within the company. People are willing to help others out.
There is no separation of development and support. I would say the average work week is 40-45 hours if you stay focused. But when rotating through primary support, you are expected to be available 24/7 for the duration (1-2 weeks at a time).
It is not always a steady 9-5. Some days a crisis hits and it can be closer to a 24-hour day, even though the week still balances to around the low 40 hours a week.
Overall good work. A separate development and support role would make this job perfect.
Easy. They want you to get it, but put effort in. Make sure you do a lot of review beforehand and do some coding questions. Be confident and allow yourself time to answer.
The interview process was amazing! We were asked to talk over our thought process for our solutions. Then, we had a lot of time to ask questions about the company, which was greatly appreciated.
Technical round Behavioural rounds WhiteBoard All four rounds of the interview went smoothly. I expected the job offer after 10 days, but it didn't work out. I'm still not sure why.
