Pros: Great people across many of the functional departments of the company were involved in designing and operating the product. Despite potentially doing better, the brand's weight allows the company to fail upwards.
Cons: Disney HR and corporate function poorly. There is indifference, redundancy, and incoherence among this top-heavy division of Disney. They are not a technology company, so they have trouble understanding the needs of the technological departments within the company.
