Process
First, I had a phone screen with a recruiter. After that, I had a phone interview with an engineering manager.
He was very kind and fun to talk to. We discussed my background and what about games interested me. He then asked some basic technical questions.
After that, he told me about the culture at the company and explained in detail what his role was and what the team was working on.
