Pros: Nice people, flexible hours, and overtime eligible. Get to ride rides at lunch break. Chance to work on rides in the park.
Cons: Work isn't the most technically challenging. A lot of the employees are extremely into Disney, which could be a pro or a con.

Cons: Studies can be all manual sometimes, and the level of detail on certain projects can seem unnecessary.
