Senior Mechanical Engineer Interview Experience - Glendale, California
Process
I received an email to schedule a phone interview. The call was brief and was used mainly to confirm items listed in my resume.
This was followed by a conference-style, group interview. In attendance were the hiring manager, the functional manager, and the studio head at the time.
After a couple of weeks, a second interview was scheduled. The second interview was a similar group interview. This time, the project manager was added to the roster, and the studio head was not present.
An offer was made one month after the second interview.

They asked me to solve basic mechanical engineering scenarios to gauge my understanding of the principles.
