Process
There was a 30-minute call with the hiring manager, followed by a single technical interview lasting only 45 minutes. This is not enough time to pick the right candidate.
I did well in the interviews, but they chose another candidate for the role. I believe this is in large part due to not spending enough time to interview effectively.
Also, the interview was so easy that it would be hard to discern a good candidate from the rest.
