Pros: Extremely family-friendly, with good benefits and many perks, like tickets to advance screenings, entry passes to Disneyland, and discounts on other Disney experiences.
Cons: Many perks don't mean a lot if you don't have a family. Raises are small unless you get a promotion, and promotions are few and far between.
