I was contacted by a recruiter, and one week later, I had a phone interview with the project manager.
He asked a bunch of questions about HTML and JavaScript, despite the job description asking for experience with C++, C#, and ActionScript.
I was never formally rejected, but they did not contact me back in any way after the interview. This process was not very professional.
