I only got the phone screening. I clicked with the recruiter at a job fair, and she got my resume and told me to apply online. She passed my resume to her colleagues, and I got an interview. They mostly asked behavioral questions, but I didn't get an offer.

Pros: Culturally, it had a great mix of people, and it was fun at times working with cross-functional teams.
