Process
Sadly, my experience with the Walt Disney Company during the interview was not a good one. It was hard, and the person interviewing did not show care or empathy. It felt really scripted.

Great overall experience - unique culture
VP, Technology • Former Employee
Burbank, California, United States
December 17, 2008
Pros: Experience at a world-class marketing company, learning to work with whiny 'creative' types, exposure to some of the best (and worst) executives – a fantastic resume builder.
Cons: Highest average deviation of competence I've ever seen. From top to bottom, Disney employs some of the most talented people I've ever met, and some of the least qualified as well.
