Good Pace, Awful Bathroom
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Seattle, Washington, United States
December 3, 2015
Pros: Work/life balance.
Comfortable development pace.
Friendly coworkers.
Cons: The bathroom. There were days that the smell would leak from the door into the cube-farm. By mid-afternoon, you could expect the floors to be damp with waste. Developers were temporarily locked in on more than one occasion when the handle broke off the door. If you interview, find the bathroom nearest to where you would be working and make sure it's not one of the cursed ones. You're welcome.

Stifles innovation and punishes independent thought and creativity outside of the 'collective.' Isn't this Disney?
Software Engineer • Former Employee
November 27, 2012
Pros: I worked on a great team with a lot of industry experience. It is Disney.
Cons: Leadership at an executive level is poor and uncaring. Leadership and management don't listen to their employees and come to their own assumptions and conclusions.
