Process
I interviewed with the New York branch in January/February 2020. I had a phone screening with a recruiter in late January and a video interview with the Web QA team in mid-February. I received my decision two weeks after the video interview.

Pros: Okay place to work. You will get exposed to large distributed systems.
Cons: I do not have any cons.
I would say, like any companies, know what you want to work on. Make sure you work on marketable skillsets and always ask, 'Why should we do this versus that?' Try to understand your org OKRs and see if your team's work aligns to them.
