WDI Professional Intern - you will have the time of your life
They work us incredibly hard here, but it has been the most rewarding work I've ever done and a lot of fun, inside and outside work.
It is hard to get in as a professional intern. The interviews will be technical, but that being said, the professional internship pay in WDI is quite good, and you will get real responsibility.
Even if you excel here as a professional intern, there is no guarantee of full-time employment after your year, due to fluctuating project demand.

Engineering Intern
Interns work full-time for one semester, often requiring long hours. The environment is cut-throat.
Software Engineer
The interview questions were very practical, unlike those at some other high-level companies. I did not feel like they were trying to put me through the wringer, as they could have.
Data Engineer
Interviewed through a consultation company. One round with Disney leadership (Data Team Lead, Software Team Lead, Project Manager), where they took turns asking questions. Next round was with a Data Analyst and Data Engineer, in a similar format.
