If you are a fan of the Disney brand and are located in California or Florida, it's all you can take in with exposure to everything they have to offer if you find the right people and projects. Getting to be part of a few special projects makes for lots of cool stories.

It seemed the attitude was that you should feel privileged to work there and be satisfied with your place in the world. Everything was fiefdom-driven and revolved around personalities and who had the most control. Information about projects was hard to come by, which made strategy development hard.
Do a better job with workforce development opportunities. The diversity outreach and support, if you aren't at the parks, is horrific. Everything seems "half-assed" when working through ideas, and it's sink or swim. You're leaders; do more to help folks swim in the very large pool of the company.
