After the 2020, '21, '22 events, I can't find any positive things to say about Disney and its leadership.
Promoting WOKE culture. Politics, politics, politics.
It appeared that top management did not care about people, as some were fired because they did not want to get a COVID-19 vaccine. (Do your own research and ask around.) All those mandates are a shame from all points of view (common sense, science, ethics, moral).

In my opinion, they destroyed everything about Disney so quick: the original Disney story, destroyed all the magic, destroyed traditional family, opposite opinions, and more.
The only thing I'd say to them: start reading the Bible! It has a lot of wisdom stories, and you will find some for yourself. There is hope...

The interview process was standard: a manager conversation followed by a LeetCode-style technical round. I enjoyed the overall experience. It felt like a typical big-tech interview. I am currently interviewing here.
