Pros: After the 2020, '21, '22 events, I can't find any positive things to say about Disney and its leadership.
Cons: 1. Promoting WOKE culture. Politics, politics, politics.
2. It appeared that top management did not care about people, as some were fired because they did not want to get a COVID-19 vaccine. (Do your own research and ask around.) All those mandates are a shame from all points of view (common sense, science, ethics, moral).
3. In my opinion, it is not a safe place for Christians anymore.
4. As for the software engineering/management, I just met very few real professionals there (from my experience and perspective). And that was my frustration too.
I do not recommend Disney anymore :(
