Everyone from management on down was some of the best people I've known. Employees were treated very nicely and with respect. Suggestions were listened to, with some being implemented. Excellent benefits and perks, even for a low-level employee.
No real opportunity for advancement, but that is a pretty normal experience for someone in the particular job I held. No real opportunity to learn a new skill or even plan to attend casual personal events due to some of the insane (and exhausting) schedules we were required to work.
As with all businesses, 'some animals are more equal than others' due to their sycophantic behavior with management, but that was mild compared to other places I've worked.
I'm not really sure what you are trying to do, but the changes being made by high-level management are not going to improve the situation with the network.

Poor quality of programming equals few viewers.
Few viewers equals loss of revenue.
It is possible to make programs people want to watch; all you have to do is want to.
