Make great friends, but never advance
Make great friends, but never advance
A great place to work if you enjoy feeling like you're a part of something much bigger than yourself. Great company culture and internal celebrations. The environment is very casual, but professional. Bottom line: a very fun place to call "work."
Massive problem with cronyism. It is very difficult to get ahead if you are not part of the right group and accepted. Too many ceilings and too many bosses for true advancement. Career development is talked about a lot but is really a myth. I have never seen a company more confused about what diversity means, although the attempts at it do deserve some credit.
