I received an email to schedule a phone interview. The call was brief and was used mainly to confirm items listed in my resume. This was followed by a conference-style, group interview. In attendance were the hiring manager, the functional manager,
I was recruited by an agency. I had already worked for the recruiter, so I went straight to the interview at the company. I was interviewed by approximately four people in the department. I started the next week.
The interview questions were very practical, unlike those at some other high-level companies. I did not feel like they were trying to put me through the wringer, as they could have.
